As a home toilet/wash basin Reno, when I came upon Kon from De’mor, I was almost bald from pulling out my hair in frustration! Couldn’t get any tradies to do help create my vision. Kon was professional, patient, friendly and most of all more then willing to go above and beyond to help. With his wealth of knowledge including that of both product and tradies, I was able to refocus and get the job done. The products I bought were delivered safely and promptly. Very friendly and helpful. We purchased our fancy new sink with accessories a month before installation and found we had an issue with one of the parts. Called Demor and apart from being very apologetic Leanne was quick to come up with a solution and sent the correct parts ( as we were in the middle of installing it with Tradies on hand ) via a staff member immediately. Anyone can make a mistake but not many companies would have gone above and beyond to rectify it as quickly and efficiently as Leanne did! Cannot recommended this company highly enough! Well done

From the start Michelle welcomed us with a friendly smile and assisted us with our bathroom, laundry and kitchen selections for our 2020 renovations. Throughout the process Michelle was available to take our questions and find solutions arising from changes in joinery.
